How to Retain Clients Long After Your Minimum Retainer Ends

Welcome back to another episode of the podcast. In today’s episode, we’re talking all about client retention. So we’ll talk about what client retention is, how to keep your clients around well after your minimum retainer ends, and so much more. 

So first up, what is client retention?

Client retention is the ability of a company to retain its customers over a specified period.

So most of us probably have some kind of minimum retainer right? At my agency, we have a 3-month minimum retainer but our clients typically stick around much longer than that. 

We pride ourselves in making sure our clients are taken care of and fully satisfied and that’s a big part of why our clients stick around for the long haul. 

So let’s chat about some ways that you can keep your clients happy and always coming back for more! 

  1. A little communication goes a long way 
  2. It doesn’t hurt to go above and beyond 
  3. Creating solid processes for each client will be your BFF  
  4. Don’t be afraid to set boundaries
