Does the thought of spending one more second creating content for social media make you want to scream? You’re not alone!
Marketing yourself on social media can be extremely time consuming, overwhelming, and sometimes just flat out not worth it.
In today’s episode we’re diving into how to get in front of more potential clients without relying on social media.
Social media is a great way to get in front of a new audience and start bringing in new leads but it’s definitely not the only way so let’s dive into some great ways to get more leads in your inbox.
Being a guest on other podcasts – This is actually one of my favorite ways to get new leads in my business. It doesn’t take a time of time to do (usually about an hour tops) and you can reap the benefits for months after the fact since podcasts are evergreen. Since podcasts are evergreen.
Having your own podcast – Having your own podcast is another way to get in front of a new audience without having to rely on social media. When you bring on guests, they will typically share their episode with your audience so this gets your show in front of new people.
Participating in virtual summits – If you’ve been around for a while, you know that I am a huge fan of virtual summits – both hosting them and participating in them as a speaker/panelist/attendee. Speaking in summits gives you the opportunity to get in front of a new audience and share your expertise with them. Our agency has booked a few clients from our summit opportunities so I think it’s a great way to put yourself out there.
Participating in bundles – This is another great way to get in front of a brand new audience who is eager to learn more from you. A lot of the time people think they want to DIY something but then after diving in they realize that they’d much rather just outsource it.
Email marketing – I am a huge proponent of growing your email list as it’s something that you own so prioritize growing your list with hot leads that you can convert to buyers down the line. It’s much more reliable than social media in the long run anyway.
Utilizing Pinterest – I know Pinterest is typically lumped in as a social media platform but in my opinion, it’s a great way to get in front of a new audience who is looking for exactly what you have to offer.
